Intensive Musical Theatre Workshop 2012...BLOOD BROTHERS

• Workshop dates: August 13-26, 2012
• 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday
• Daily vocal and physical exercises and coachings
• Mini-workshops in various aspects of the theatre
• Intense rehearsal schedule which requires all participants to be present and prepared at all times
• Performances: August 24, 25, 26, 2012.
• Cost is $420 per person plus HST.

All scheduled rehearsals and other events are mandatory for all singers, and failure to attend may result in dismissal from the program! This Intensive Workshop is intended to simulate a short, intense rehearsal schedule of a professional show. Please reconsider auditioning if you are not prepared to work!

About Intensive Musical Theatre Workshops

The Intensive Musical Theatre Workshop is a two week program running in August. During the two weeks, singers between the ages of 14 and 24 are challenged to rehearse and stage an entire musical. Singers must be willing to work hard to learn their music before they arrive to the program, and must commit to perfect attendance throughout the rehearsals. There will be four performances at the end of the two weeks.

Technical apprenticeships are available on a limited basis. Participants will work one-on-one with with an experienced backstage technician throughout the workshop. Applicants will be chosen by interview.
